DeHub is a small, distributed team building a decentralized creator network. Open roles span engineering, design, growth, community and moderation. If you care about Web3 and creator tools, we want to hear from you.
How we work
The whole product is open source, and the team works in the open too: changes ship through public pull requests, the roadmap is voted on by token holders through governance, and feature requests come from the people using the app. We are remote by default, across time zones, and we hire for people who can own a problem end to end rather than for a job title.
Engineering roles cover the web app, the Android and iOS apps, the API and the on-chain contracts. Design, growth and community roles work directly with creators on the network. Every role is paid, and part of the compensation can be taken in DHB for those who want it.
