DeHub 2025 Yearly Wrap Up and 2026 Roadmap - fireworks celebration

A Year That Changed Everything

2025 was, without question, the most transformational year in DeHub's history. What began as a bootstrapped dream four years ago finally started to crystallize into something the world could see, touch, and use. The year kicked off with the momentum of our Coinbase CEX listing — a milestone that validated years of relentless building and gave DHB unprecedented exposure to a global audience. From there, the dominoes kept falling: our Google Play Store launch marked our first official app store presence, bringing the DeHub experience to Android users worldwide and proving that a self-funded crypto project could meet the rigorous standards of mainstream distribution.

But 2025 wasn't just about listings and launches. It was the year our ecosystem truly came alive. We secured official recognition from BNB Chain, earning a spotlight introduction to the entire BNB community and integration into DApp Bay. Our partnership with First Class Agency went official, onboarding over 1,200 TikTok live streamers into the DeHub network and creating a direct pipeline between one of the world's largest creator networks and our platform. We won the Corporate LiveWire Innovation & Excellence Award, further cementing our reputation as genuine innovators in the space. The closed beta of Last Chad Standing — our flagship MMA battle royale game — delivered results that exceeded expectations for a self-funded indie title. And through it all, our community stood firm, growing stronger through every challenge, every delay, and every breakthrough.

Town Hall Overview: Major Milestones Unlocked and 2026 Roadmap in Full Motion

As we hit the midpoint of January 2026, here's an overview of what to expect for the year ahead.

Last Chad Standing: The Road Ahead

The reception to Last Chad Standing — our flagship MMA battle royale game — has been phenomenal. The closed beta delivered impressive results for a bootstrapped, self-funded indie project, earning strong praise from players and early testers alike. We're not resting on that success. Today, we're excited to confirm that we've onboarded a new game developer (with recent experience on titles like Off The Grid) to help fast-track the open beta release. Building elite games takes time and uncompromising quality. As Head of Game Development, Rayn was quoted as saying "I will not approve any launch that falls short of the highest standards. The version we're preparing under direct oversight will be at least 10× better than the closed beta — more refined mechanics, enhanced visuals, deeper gameplay, and a truly addictive experience." The fun is just beginning, with major movements expected early next month.

App Launch Campaigns: Dual Powerhouse Strategy

App launch marketing will run in parallel with heavy Last Chad Standing promotions, building directly into our first major presales. We have multiple top-tier launchpads confirmed that we've worked with previously, who are highly enthusiastic about supporting the event. Simultaneously, our creator network (including over 1,000 live streamers on TikTok, many prominent names from gaming and MMA) will begin dropping profiles, gameplay, and app hype. Expect dual campaigns across X, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitch — gamers and creators pushing in unison for maximum reach. Even Apple delays become an advantage: anticipation around "upcoming releases" fuels extra promotional material. We turn every scenario into strength.

These are lifelong passion projects built over four years. No dilution concerns — this core duo is the foundation. The team's reach (MMA fighters, world-champion gamers, massive social presence) + DeHub's utility = supernova potential. UFC stars, top streamers, and everyday players will flood LCS on DeHub.

Apple Breakthrough: Account Issues Resolved and App Submitted

One of the biggest roadblocks is now cleared: Apple has officially confirmed the conversion of our developer account from individual to business status. After some back and forth, this is finally confirmed and we'd like to apologise for the time this took — first time business accounts are under extra scrutiny with Apple. The full DeHub app has been submitted for App Store review, with our target to go live before the end of January 2026. Any required changes are expected to be minor. Regardless of final timing, partner marketing and ecosystem activation begin early next month — no delays will stop the momentum.

2026 Roadmap

Q1 is jam-packed from February onwards as we begin the roll out of our app along with the launchpads and TGE for Last Chad Standing. Tens of millions of impressions await, and we're dropping our biggest ever spend on growth this year.

The brand-new web app, which was teased recently, is targeted for release by end of January. Our founder, @maldoteth, who was already a budding developer — unlocked superpowers with the groundbreaking advancements of AI tools this last year. Development is now indestructible: faster, higher quality, lower cost. The previous single breaking point (dev expenses) is gone. We're here forever now.

Farmers will be pleased to hear we've allocated a previously bought back supply to open an LP farm. The team will be adding liquidity and offering juicy community yields to boost pools. Staking on Base is also ready to go and just waiting on app store listings to release to ensure everyone has a fair chance at staking on launch for rewards.

A kind reminder that the Winter Wonderland campaign finale is also on January 27th — marking the last chance for buyers/stakers to win rewards for that event, which will be followed by the upcoming "Bring a Friend" campaign.

Looking Further Ahead: Q2–Q4 2026 and Beyond

The rest of the year focuses on expansion: consistent new features, publicity stunts, and high-profile partner creators. The upcoming DePIN launch — pioneering decentralized hosting, transcoding, and delivery across the DeHub stack — remains a key goal that excites the team too. Additional roadmap goals either starting or landing this year, with hard dates to be set closer to releases:

The Year DeHub Goes From Building to Expanding

2026 is the year DeHub goes from building to expanding, with real utility, massive reach, and unstoppable momentum. Thank you to the community for the continued support. We're just getting started, so stay tuned, stay engaged, and let's make this year legendary.
