Three major accounts that feuded with him in December saw their visibility nosedive — almost overnight. Some lost X Premium perks, which means no monetization and no algorithm boost. One user, Laura Loomer, said she lost $50K while Elon blocked her. Another, Ms. Loupis, said she was loyal until she realized, “It has turned out to be all lies from him.” Elon claims he’s not silencing critics. But if the richest guy on the app blocks or mutes you, your posts get buried — and your money might too. Free speech? Maybe — if you don’t roast the owner.
